Pic Solution Soffix Med is a post-operative sterile adhesive dressing, a class IIa medical device. It consists of a central absorbent pad mounted on a non-woven backing, which is in turn coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive with high skin tolerability. Its 30x10 cm size makes it suitable for covering large wounds, even on sensitive skin.

Features

• Conformable backing, stretchable crosswise: adapts to the contours of the skin and can be applied to joints and mobile areas
• Rounded corners that reduce the risk of accidental detachment
• Perforated backing and adhesive applied in stripes, allowing air and vapour to pass through
• Pad with non-adherent net on the wound-contact side, minimising adhesion to the injured area
• Radiolucent, latex-free, ethylene oxide sterilised

Composition

• Adhesive backing: non-woven fabric 70% polyester, 30% viscose
• Absorbent pad: 30% viscose, 70% polyethylene

How to use and warnings

With clean, dry hands, remove the silicone paper and apply the adhesive edge to clean, intact, dry skin. Single use: do not reuse. The device is sterile only if the packaging is intact and undamaged.
