Composition

Streptococcus thermophilus NCIMB 30438 (58 billion CFU), Bifidobacterium breve NCIMB 30441, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis NCIMB 30435 and NCIMB 30436 (6 billion each), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei and Lactobacillus helveticus (9 billion each); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use

Adults and children from 7 years: 1-4 capsules a day, preferably before meals with plenty of water.
Children aged 3 to 6: 1-2 capsules a day; open the capsule and mix the powder with yoghurt or fruit juice.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years. Store in the refrigerator at +2/+8 °C.
