Aproten Protein-Free Pasta Sedani 500 g

Aproten sedani complete the range of protein-free pastas intended for the dietary management of situations in which protein intake must remain very low. The formulation, low in protein, sodium, phosphorus and potassium, makes them suitable for the controlled menus used in kidney disease, while their very low phenylalanine and tyrosine values allow their use in metabolic aminoacidopathies, from phenylketonuria to tyrosinaemia. The same profile is relevant to the meal plans of people on Levodopa therapy.

• Dough of corn starch, potato starch and chicory inulin
• 0.4 g of protein and 0.03 g of salt per 100 g
• About 6 g of fibre per 100 g
• Ridged shape that picks up lighter sauces well

Cooking: bring about one litre of water to the boil for every 50 g of product, add the sedani and drain after 5-7 minutes, dressing them as soon as they are drained. The time given is a guide and can be adapted to personal preference.

Format: 500 g bag, with a shelf life of 24 months in unopened packaging, to be stored in a dry place away from heat. The product is part of a diet supervised by a doctor and cannot be the only food of the day; may contain traces of soy and cereals containing gluten.
