Bromelina 500 Buonissima by Zuccari is a food supplement based on bromelain, the proteolytic enzyme extracted from the pineapple stem (Ananas comosus), in fruity-flavoured chewable tablets. Each tablet provides 500 mg of bromelain with a certified titration of 2,500 GDU/g, a parameter that indicates the enzymatic activity of the raw material.
