Synapta is a food supplement in stick packs that combines glycine, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), inositol, vitamin B3 and vitamin B6 with two strains of microencapsulated probiotics, Lactobacillus casei LC89 and Bifidobacterium bifidum BBi32.

Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while the probiotics are useful for the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora: a combination designed for busy days and periods of greater mental tiredness.
