LongLife Creatina 750 is a food supplement based on ultra-pure micronised creatine monohydrate, one of the most studied substances in sports nutrition. The pack contains 60 gelatine capsules with 750 mg of creatine each, for a daily dose of 3 grams.

Creatine is naturally present in skeletal muscle, where it takes part in the rapid regeneration of the energy needed for short, powerful efforts. Daily intake increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, such as sprints, speed work and weight-training sessions.
