Ingredients
Soy lecithin, soybean oil.
Gelatin softgel, firming agent (glycerol).
One softgel contains:
• Soy lecithin 1200 mg containing total phospholipids 564 mg, of which:
- PC (phosphatidylcholine): 180 mg;
- PI (phosphatidylinositol): 120 mg;
- PE (phosphatidylethanolamine): 132 mg;
- PA (phosphatidic acid): 48 mg.

Directions for use
Take 1-3 softgels a day with water during or after meals.
