Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fibre, with sweetener.
The psyllium (plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful to:
- support regular intestinal transit through the formation of soft, easy-to-pass stools
- support the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow down the absorption of nutrients and support the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Flavour: blood orange.

Ingredients
Psyllium fibre (plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: lecithin; flavouring, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free.

Contains no sources of lactose.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra a day, at any time of day or as advised by your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medicines.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool, dry place.
