Estromineral 40 tablets is a supplement recommended to help counteract menopausal symptoms such as mood swings, insomnia and hot flushes.

It contains active ingredients and vitamins needed during the menopause, such as:
  • soy isoflavones, with a structure similar to the oestrogens that are lacking during the menopause;
  • horsetail, with a draining and diuretic action;
  • vitamin D3 and calcium, to support bones and help prevent osteoporosis.

Indications
Useful for balancing the hormonal shortfalls found during the climacteric and menopause, and in cases of increased mineral requirements or reduced dietary intake of minerals.

Dosage and directions for use
1 tablet a day, away from meals.

Features
Supplement of soy isoflavones and probiotic lactic ferments, with horsetail plant extract, calcium and vitamin D3.
The ingredients support bone tissue trophism, especially in conjunction with decalcification and osteoporosis. Lactic ferments are probiotic agents that improve the assimilation of soy isoflavones, maintain the balance of the intestinal flora and support the body's natural defences.

Ingredients
Calcium carbonate; soy (Glycine max seeds) dry extract standardised to isoflavones (18.7%); horsetail (Equisetum arvense plant) dry extract standardised to silicon (12.5%); dibasic calcium phosphate; stabiliser: hydroxypropyl cellulose; Lactobacillus sporogenes; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose; talc; vitamin D3.
