Ingredients
Dosing cap content: Brewer's yeast (contains Gluten), freeze-dried Royal Jelly, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide, Nicotinamide, Calcium pantothenate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Thiamine hydrochloride, Vitamin B12 standardised to 0.1% (Maltodextrin, Acidity regulators: Citric acid, Trisodium citrate. Cyanocobalamin).
Bottle content: Water; Fructose; Clear bilberry juice (Vaccinium myrtillus L. fruit); Acacia honey; Ginseng hydroalcoholic fluid extract standardised to 1.5%-2.0% ginsenosides (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer root); Potassium pidolate; Magnesium pidolate; Carnitine base.
Acidity regulators: Sodium lactate, Citric acid.
Preservative: Potassium sorbate.

How to use
Take 1-2 vials a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
To take the contents of the vial:
- turn the cap clockwise as far as it will go so that the powder in the capsule drops into the vial;
- shake;
- unscrew the cap and take the contents orally immediately.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor.
