Description
Medical device indicated for colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy. Two-piece system to be used with Conform 2 pouches.
Square baseplate with rounded corners, offering maximum flexibility and adaptability to body contours for comfort and adhesion, reducing the risk of leakage.
Cut-to-fit from 13 mm, for greater adaptability to irregular stomas.
Self-supporting, extremely flexible protective barrier with graduated thickness, decreasing from the centre to the edges.
FlexWear hydrocolloid: high resistance for longer wear time and resistance to erosion; it keeps its shape even in the presence of fluids and ensures maximum protection of the peristomal area.
Hollister synthetic adhesive on both sides makes application easier, ensures immediate adhesion and improves security during use.
Transparent protective film with tab and cutting guide, to make it easier to inspect the hydrocolloid, prepare and apply it.
Floating flange (Hollister Incorporated patent) with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, making the pouch-baseplate system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra-thin, it allows maximum freedom of movement. A "click" confirming that the coupling mechanism has closed guarantees complete security.

Composition
The baseplate consists of the following parts:
- FlexWear hydrocolloid in PIB, CMC, pectin and microfibres;
- PE flange with (floating) Saranex support;
- Protective film;
- Hollister synthetic adhesive;
- Polymer film backing for the hydrocolloid.
Free from latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.

Directions for use
It is recommended to keep the baseplate in place for 2 to 7 days.

Warnings
There are no known contraindications to the use of this device.
No special disposal procedures are required.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat.
The product has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of production; the expiry date is shown on the pack.

Cardboard box of 5 pieces with instructions for use in Italian.
