Anti-snoring strips. The anti-snoring strips work by actively lubricating the soft tissues at the back of the throat and reducing the vibrations that cause snoring.

How to use
Before going to bed, peel off a strip, place it on the roof of your mouth and let it dissolve. After application avoid food and drink; otherwise a new strip should be applied. Avoid drinking alcohol in the hour before application to optimise the effect of the strip.

Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek a doctor's advice. Keep out of the reach of children. Snoreeze is not a remedy for sleep apnoea. If the snorer's breathing pauses for more than 10 seconds, this is apnoea. In this case we recommend seeing a doctor.
