Description
Food supplement based on amino acids, guarana, vitamin C, zinc and selenium. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc, vitamin C and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Guarana is useful for its tonic effects, particularly in case of physical and mental tiredness. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Creatine monohydrate, fructose, L-arginine, carnitine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; beta-alanine, orange juice powder, taurine, flavouring, guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunt) seed dry extract standardised to 8% caffeine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colours: beetroot red, beta-carotene; PidoZinc zinc pidolate; sweetener: sucralose; selenium L-methionine.

Naturally lactose-free.

How to use
Take one sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water.
