Description

Ingredients
Per 100 g: magnesium chloride (hexahydrate) crystals 100 g.

Directions for use
1 heaped teaspoon (5 ml, corresponding to 3.75 g) in half a glass of water, to be drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.

Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding women and children should consult their doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
