Features
As oestrogen and progesterone levels decline, complaints such as depression, mood changes, irritability, palpitations, hot flushes and sleep disturbances may appear. The risk of osteoporosis and the onset of cardiovascular disease increases. It is an alternative both to conventional hormone therapy and to the use of soy phytoestrogens.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy.

Components
Red clover standardised to 10% isoflavones; dioscorea standardised to 20% diosgenin; hawthorn standardised to 1.5% vitexin; griffonia standardised to 95% 5-hydroxytryptophan; vitamin E; vitamin D3; zinc gluconate.
