Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the great regulators of the body's energy cycles. It is essential for the use of energy and is necessary for the function of the muscles (including the heart), as well as for the function of the nervous system. It is bound to oxiproline - the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability - and therefore has very high absorbability. Oxiproline itself, or pidolic acid, becomes an active component of the formula thanks to its antioxidant action as a precursor of glutathione and as support for tissue reconstruction by entering collagen metabolism.
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) have numerous interesting properties: they have sweetening power without being calorific or raising blood sugar, they do not cause tooth decay and are considered equivalent to an insoluble dietary fibre.
FOS cannot be hydrolysed by human digestive enzymes and are not absorbed by the intestinal mucosa, so they reach the colon unchanged, where they are fermented by the intestinal microflora, increasing bifidobacteria, with a resulting improvement in blood sugar as well as an increase in HDL cholesterol in older people; FOS increase the absorption of some minerals (in particular calcium and magnesium).
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, unexplained physical and mental tiredness, low mood, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration, anxiety, irritability, premenstrual syndrome, constipation, excess weight.

Ingredients
Water, Magnesium L-pidolate, Fructooligosaccharides, Glycerine, Lactic acid, Potassium sorbate, Lemon flavouring, Carboxymethylcellulose.

Directions for use
Shake before use, pour up to 5 ml into the measuring cup provided and take once a day, poured into a glass of water or freshly squeezed fruit juice.

Notes The recommended dose is 5 ml a day. The product is in liquid form and can also be taken mixed with food or drinks. Avoid contact with metal utensils so as not to lose the ionic charge.
Shake before use. Once opened, store the product preferably in the fridge or in a cool, dry place, and use within 60 days.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
