Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping charges include handling and packing fees and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
