able to provide benefits in conditions such as: constipation, scar stenosis from idiopathic fissure, hypertonia associated with haemorrhoids, proctalgia. In spasm, the large size dilator is always indicated. The smaller sizes are indicated for anal stenosis.
For cryotherapy, the dilator is cooled in the fridge, not below 0° C.
For thermotherapy, the dilator is applied warm, not above 50°C.
