Indications:
folic acid is the precursor of numerous biologically active compounds called folates. An optimal intake of this nutrient is particularly important in growth and cell reproduction processes. Among the most common signs of folic acid deficiency is megaloblastic anaemia. Requirements increase during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
