Directions for use
Cold therapy: keep in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, place the device in the non-woven fabric pouch provided or wrap it in a cloth and apply it to the area to be treated. After 20/30 minutes the gel returns to room temperature.
Heat therapy: in a suitably sized pan, bring water to the boil; turn off the heat and immerse the pack for 5 minutes. Remove carefully with tongs or another suitable tool, dry with a cloth, place in the pouch provided in the pack and wrap the pack in a towel before applying it to the area to be treated, to avoid burns. Alternatively, place the pack in the microwave for no more than 1 minute at 700/800 Watts. Remove and wrap the pack in a towel or the pouch provided before applying it to the area to be treated, to avoid burns.

Warnings
Do not apply the product too close to the skin or for too long, to avoid causing a cold burn. Avoid spraying into the eyes, on wounds, abrasions, grazes and mucous membranes. For external use.
