Self-heating patch for heat therapy, active for up to 8 hours. Useful for muscle, joint and rheumatic tension and period pain. The heat is generated by an exothermic reaction produced by the oxidation of iron powder with the aid of activated carbon and salt water. It is a soft patch containing natural ingredients that produce heat on contact with oxygen in the air. Prolonged heat at a constant temperature increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles.
