Ingredients
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum [Curtis] P.Karst) fruiting body dry extract standardised to 30% polysaccharides (on maize maltodextrins), Bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea [Retz.] Willd.) young stem dry extract (70-75% organic silica), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use
Take 2-3 capsules a day with meals and plenty of water.
