Keeps the vagina in balance by suppressing harmful microbes and supporting the flora with beneficial lactobacilli. In this way FloraPlus helps prevent (recurrent) vaginal problems. It relieves discomfort such as itching, irritation, redness and sensitivity. The prebiotic components support the growth of lactobacilli. It optimises the vaginal flora and pH. Useful as an aid in case of vaginal thrush. The product contains no hormones or components that affect hormones.

Ingredients
Galactoarabinan polyglucoronic acid crosspolymer*; monosaccharides; amino acids; vitamins; ascorbic acid.
*2QR: patented bio-active polysaccharides.

Directions for use
For the treatment of vaginal candidiasis, use 1 single-dose tube just before going to sleep for 5 consecutive days.
For immediate relief of vaginal itching and irritation, odour and discharge, apply 1 single-dose tube whenever relief of symptoms is needed.
To prevent vaginal problems (such as recurrent thrush infections), stimulate beneficial lactobacilli and protect against vaginal problems, 1 application every 3 days is sufficient.

Warnings
Check that you are not allergic to one or more components of the gel by applying the product to the inside of the forearm. If red patches and itching appear, do not use the product.
It is not an antifungal medicine. Therefore it cannot cure candida infections. 1% of women with symptoms have a condition called "lactobacillosis" or "cytolytic vaginosis". This is an overgrowth of lactobacilli. This condition gives a very low pH, below pH 4. Because the product stimulates the growth of lactobacilli, it should not be used in these circumstances.
