Barilla gluten-free penne rigate combine the traditional diagonal "quill" cut with a balanced taste and are ideal with delicately flavoured sauces.

Ingredients
Water, white maize flour (65%), yellow maize flour (29.5%), rice flour (5%); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

How to use
To cook 100 g of pasta you need on average 1 litre of water and 7 g of salt, i.e. one teaspoon of fine salt, heaped if coarse.
