Indications:
valuable help in all situations requiring specific nutritional intake, such as pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Dosage:
1 tablet a day.

Features:
slow-release vitamin and mineral complement providing 100% of the recommended nutrient intake levels (L.A.R.N., Italian Reference Intake Levels) during pregnancy.

Properties:
- folic acid: useful in the primary prevention of NTDs (neural tube defects: anencephaly, spina bifida) and other malformations of the nervous system.
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): a group of cobalt-containing substances involved in the metabolism of fatty acids, amino acids and nucleic acids. Its deficiency during pregnancy can have very dangerous effects on the unborn child, resulting in disorders of the nervous system and of blood cell production, up to a form of “pernicious” anaemia.
- Vitamin A and its precursors: one of the essential factors for vision. It also plays a role in cell differentiation and is therefore very important for proper development, immune response and tissue integrity.
- Vitamin D: regulates calcium metabolism and therefore supports proper mineralisation of the skeleton. It is synthesised by the body, through the action of sunlight, from cholesterol derivatives present in the skin.

food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Do not dispose of in the environment after use.

Storage:
store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the original tightly closed pack.
Avoid exposure to localised heat sources and sunlight, and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its unopened pack.

best before 24 months from the date of manufacture.
