Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, potassium chloride, anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid and magnesium stearate), zinc gluconate, thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), ferrous fumarate, manganese gluconate, sodium borate, copper gluconate, sodium molybdate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, L-selenomethionine, coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and titanium dioxide), firming agent (glycerol).
One tablet contains:
• Calcium: 400 mg - (50% NRV)
• Magnesium: 188 mg - (50% NRV)
• Potassium: 50 mg - (2% NRV)
• Zinc: 5 mg - (50% NRV)
• Iron: 7 mg - (50% NRV)
• Manganese: 1 mg - (50% NRV)
• Copper: 0.5 mg - (50% NRV)
• Iodine: 75 mcg - (50% NRV)
• Chromium: 20 mcg - (50% NRV)
• Selenium: 28 mcg - (50% NRV)
• Molybdenum: 25 mcg - (50% NRV)
• Vitamin D3: 5 mcg - (100% NRV)
• Boron: 0.5 mg

Directions for use
Take one or two tablets a day with water during meals.
