Description
Food supplement of myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol and glucomannan* with a high fibre content. With sweetener.
Useful in cases of increased requirement or reduced intake of these nutrients. Glucomannan contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and is also suitable as an aid in low-calorie diets for weight loss.

Ingredients
Glucomannan, myo-inositol, maltodextrins, D-chiro-inositol, flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; thickener: xanthan gum; manganese pidolate; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

2 sachets contain 10 mg of manganese (500% NRV: daily Nutrient Reference Values under EU Reg. no. 1169/2011)

Directions for use
2 sachets a day or as advised by your doctor, for at least 3 months.
Divide the daily dose into two servings, half an hour before the main meals. Dissolve each sachet in 1 glass of water.
The beneficial effect on cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan.
The beneficial effect on weight loss is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan, as part of a suitable low-calorie diet and a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity*.
