Medical device for the symptomatic treatment of occasional constipation and to soften stools.
DulcoSoft has a high capacity to rehydrate and soften hard stools, making them easier to pass and giving a feeling of relief.
DulcoSoft has a physical mechanism of action and works gently: it is not absorbed by the body and does not cause gas production.
The main component is Macrogol 4000, an osmotic laxative that retains water. It acts as a water carrier and delays its intestinal absorption, increasing the amount of water in the colon. It softens stools and increases their volume.
For adults and children aged 2 and over, pregnant women (under medical supervision), coeliacs and diabetics. DulcoSoft is flavour-free, sugar-free and gluten-free.

Components
Macrogol 4000, potassium sorbate, citric acid, purified water.

Directions for use
Dilute in a drink of your choice, cold or hot (about 150 ml).
Adults and children over 8 years: 20-40 ml of solution a day, preferably taken as a single dose in the morning.
Children aged 4-7 years: 16-32 ml of solution a day, preferably taken as a single dose in the morning.
Children aged 2-3 years: 8-16 ml of solution a day, preferably taken as a single dose in the morning.
Use in children under 12 should preferably be under medical supervision.

Warnings
Keep the medical device out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage
Store at a temperature not above 25°C. Do not refrigerate.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the box. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Shelf life after first opening: 6 weeks.
