Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, vitamins, betaine and zinc. Folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and normal reproduction. Vitamin D3 has a role in the process of cell division.

Properties
Folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12:
Folic acid has a role in the process of cell division: as a cofactor in DNA formation, it comes into play every time a cell divides. This function is of particular interest in rapidly regenerating tissues. Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, supporting correct development of the foetus. In particular, supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and also supports normal blood cell formation and maturation. Folic acid also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal homocysteine metabolism. Homocysteine is a substance physiologically present in the body, but its accumulation can lead to various problems. Many studies indicate that high blood concentrations of homocysteine should be considered a possible cardiovascular risk factor. Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, together with a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet, contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
EXTRAfolate-S:
This is the calcium salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid. It is an active form of folic acid that requires no enzymatic transformation to be absorbed and has been shown to have greater stability and bioavailability. Folate taken during pregnancy contributes to maternal tissue growth. Folate also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin D3:
Contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and has a role in the process of cell division. Nosifol-D contains 5 mcg of vitamin D3, equal to 100% of the nutrient reference value (NRV).
Zinc:
An essential constituent of a large number of enzymes, in which it can act as a cofactor, form the catalytic site or play a structural role. Zinc helps maintain healthy bones, skin, hair and nails, as well as the proper functioning of the immune system. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and normal reproduction.

Directions for use
1 sachet a day is recommended, dissolving the contents in half a glass of water.
