Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep, and Griffonia and California poppy, which promote relaxation.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) flowering tops dry extract standardised to 0.2% protopine; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seed dry extract standardised to 95% 5-hydroxytryptophan; stabilisers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
Free from preservatives and GMOs.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
1 tablet a day is recommended, half an hour before going to bed.

Warnings
Keep to the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed.
