LINFADREN

Food supplement based on a combination of three active ingredients (diosmin-coumarin-arbutin) designed to provide strong, rapid action on lymphatic and/or venous oedema, including oedema of different aetiopathogenesis. Its strong draining function improves the filtration/reabsorption ratio of the microcirculation/extracellular matrix functional unit and acts both locally and through increased diuresis.
This is combined with the action of diosmin which, by regulating the fibrinolysis/fibrin synthesis ratio, creates an endothelial fibrin film that reduces permeability and oedema and increases venous tone.
On the lymphatic vessels, coumarin acts on the tone of the vascular smooth muscle and, above all, amplifies extracellular macrophage activity and the consequent lysis of the colloid-osmotic fractions that sustain oedema. It therefore increases reabsorption and diuresis.
Arbutin also contributes to increased diuresis with its own direct action, which adds to that of coumarin. The functional improvement of the microcirculation/matrix structures and the increase in draining and subsequently diuretic activity have a strong effect on oedema, including oedema resulting from lymphatism, trauma, compression, lymphadenectomy, ionising radiation, after-effects of surgery, synovitis, arthritis and mesotherapy.

Diosmin	200 mg
Sweet clover dry extract standardised to 17% coumarin	180 mg 30.6 mg
Bearberry dry extract standardised to 10% Arbutin	17 mg 3.7 mg

Directions for use
Take just 1 tablet a day, also with meals, for long periods, in any case as determined by your doctor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age.
No interactions with other medicines are known.
A brown colouring of the urine may appear, a sign of the diuretic activity of arbutin, which is no cause for alarm.
