Description

Butterfly Pea flowers (Clitoria Ternatea), also known as blue flower, come from Thailand and turn a simple infusion into a herbal tea with a surprising blue colour. The flower is odourless and tasteless.

They are suitable for making herbal teas, desserts, cocktails and milk drinks, to which they give a natural colour; adding a few drops of lemon turns the shade to purple as a result of the change in pH. 50 g pack.
