Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin, Glycine and dry extracts of Lemon balm, Passionflower and Chamomile.
Lemon balm, Passionflower and Chamomile are plants with a beneficial effect on relaxation and mental wellbeing. Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of the time taken to fall asleep.
"Fast-dissolving" technology produces tablets that dissolve in saliva in a few seconds without the need for water. It ensures faster action because absorption already begins in the mouth, which speeds up the onset of the effect and reduces first-pass metabolism in the liver, increasing bioavailability.

Ingredients
Fructose, Glycine, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf dry extract standardised to 12% rosmarinic acid, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts dry extract standardised to 4% total flavonoids, Anti-caking agents: Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower head dry extract, Melatonin.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day shortly before bedtime. Let the tablet dissolve in the mouth, without water, to allow rapid absorption in the mouth.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more ingredients.

Storage
Store in a cool (<25°C), dry place, away from light and/or heat sources.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
