Nutriregular omega 3 is a product that ensures the highest levels of quality and safety thanks to IFOS 5-star certification. International Fish Oil Standards is an independent, internationally recognised body that has developed a certification programme assessing omega 3 fatty acid concentration, purity (absence of contaminants) and degree of oxidation, adopting the criteria defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN). These criteria, adopted by IFOS in qualitative terms, are however applied much more strictly in quantitative terms. The high concentration of EPA (45%) and DHA (35%) allows excellent compliance in terms of daily dosage (from 1 to a maximum of 4 capsules a day), pack duration and exceptional value of the daily intake.

Directions for use
For the maintenance of normal heart function (250 mg EPA-DHA): 1 softgel a day.
For the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (250 mg DHA): 1 softgel a day.
For the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels (2 g EPA-DHA): 3 softgels a day.
For the maintenance of normal blood pressure (3 g EPA-DHA): 4 softgels a day.
