NOPAPIL pessaries
Description
Nopapil is a medical device indicated for the prevention and supportive treatment of HPV-induced lesions.
Nopapil forms a protective barrier that helps control and re-epithelialise the cervical transformation zone, preventing the risk of HPV integration.
Directions for use
1 pessary in the evening or as prescribed by your doctor.
Remove the pessary from its container by pulling the two pre-cut tabs of the blister and insert it deep into the vagina while lying on your back.
Components
One 2 g vaginal pessary contains: semi-synthetic glycerides, liposoluble extract of Echinacea angustifolia, arabinogalactan, beta-glucan, dry extract of Ganoderma lucidum reishi, liposoluble extract of Avena sativa, sodium hyaluronate, colloidal silica, thyme essential oil, lactic acid.
Warnings
For vaginal use only.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Prolonged use may cause sensitisation or local irritation; in this case stop treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not swallow.
Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or not perfectly intact when first opened.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
No side effects related to the use of the product are known or expected. If persistent discomfort occurs, consult your doctor.
No contraindications except in patients known to be sensitive to its components.
Single-use medical device.
If the product becomes too soft following exposure to heat, it does not lose its properties; however, to restore its original condition, place the pessary in the fridge.
Storage
Store away from heat sources at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
