Food supplement of Q-TER, Vitamins, Choline, Melatonin with Lactium and Ginkgoselect Phytosome, with sweeteners.
Q-TER contains terclathrated coenzyme Q10.
Lactium contains hydrolysed milk proteins.
Very often, a deficiency of antioxidant factors and alterations of the microcirculation can lead to dysfunction of sensory organs, such as the inner ear, with characteristic symptoms such as:
• tinnitus (ringing, whistling, hissing, etc.);
• progressive hearing loss, hypoacusis.
Vitamin E and vitamin B2, present in the formula, are useful in all cases where protection of cells from oxidative stress is needed.
Ginkgo biloba supports normal microcirculation.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time taken to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect on reducing the time taken to fall asleep is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Taking it in the morning or during daytime hours does not affect the sleep-wake state of the user.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: isomalt, xylitol, steviol glycosides from stevia rebaudiana, sucralose; choline bitartrate, vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), Q-TER (terclathrated coenzyme Q10 with sucrose ester and maltodextrins), Lactium (hydrolysed milk proteins), flavourings, Ginkgoselect Phytosome (Ginkgo biloba L., leaves, contains soya phospholipids), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Directions for use
Take the contents of one sachet a day, in the evening before going to bed.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet directly in the mouth or in a little water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines, consult your doctor before taking the product.
Use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
