Natura+ Flat Cut-to-Fit Stomahesive Hydrocolloid Wafer with Porous Tape Flange 45 mm 5 Pieces

Description
The Natura flat cut-to-fit bellows wafer, suitable for colostomy/ileostomy and urostomy patients, consists of a central hydrocolloid disc in Stomahesive Technology surrounded by a flexible microporous adhesive tape.
A circular flange with a bellows mechanism and an interlocking rail is fixed to the adhesive. This structure allows completely atraumatic and secure attachment and an airtight seal. This ensures that the pouch does not accidentally detach from the wafer while also guaranteeing a seal against any leakage of odours or effluent.

Technical characteristics
Cut-to-fit skin barrier with central disc in Stomahesive hydrocolloid (composed of inert, non-irritating hydrocolloid substances: gelatin, pectin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyisobutylene) and flexible tape made of white non-woven fabric.
The wafers have the following dimensions:
- outer size 10 X 10 cm; flange 45 mm; cut-to-fit starter hole 13 mm
- outer size 12.5 X 12.5 cm; flange 57 mm; cut-to-fit starter hole 13 mm
- outer size 12.5 X 12.5 cm; flange 70 mm; cut-to-fit starter hole 13 mm.
Bellows structure consisting of:
- pink plastic flange
- bellows made of a transparent plastic film (EVA Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate) that extends (accordion mechanism) up to 1 cm. Each wafer is individually packed in a shaped blister. The outer box contains 5 wafers and is made of recyclable cardboard.
