The pack can be heated in boiling water or in the microwave to treat lower back pain, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia and whenever heat application is needed.
Placed in the freezer for a couple of hours, it is useful for bruises, sprains, injuries and hyperthermia.

Directions for use
-Cold: place in the freezer for at least 1 hour 30 minutes/2 hours.
-Hot: immerse in boiling water for a maximum of 3 minutes, or microwave at 500 W twice for 30 seconds.
