Baseplates for colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy
The Conform 2 CeraPlus flat baseplate is a medical device to be used with Conform 2 pouches for Colostomy, Ileostomy and Urostomy.
Square baseplate with rounded corners, measuring 10x10 cm for Standard sizes (14900 and 15900), 12.5x12.5 cm for the Large size (17900). Maximum flexibility and adaptability to body contours, against the risk of leakage.
Hollister synthetic adhesive makes application easier, ensures immediate adhesion and improves security in use.
CeraPlus hydrocolloid contains ceramides, ideal for keeping peristomal skin healthy.
Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, decreasing in thickness from the centre to the edges.
Cut-to-fit from 13 mm, for greater adaptability to irregular stomas.
Transparent protective film with tab and cutting guide, to make inspection of the hydrocolloid, preparation and application easier.
Floating flange (Hollister Incorporated patent) with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, making the pouch-baseplate system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra-thin, it allows maximum freedom of movement. A "click" confirming closure of the coupling mechanism ensures absolute security.
Free from latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.

Hollister synthetic adhesive.
PE flange with (floating) Saranex support.

Polymer film supporting the hydrocolloid.

Directions for use
It is recommended to keep the baseplate in place for 2 to 7 days.

There are no known contraindications to the use of this device.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
No special disposal protocols required.
