EYE DROPS
Description
Anti-UV protective ophthalmic solution based on vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin E TPGS, MSM, amino acids and 0.1% hyaluronic acid, which shield the ocular surface from UV and blue light. They also improve lubrication of the ocular surface and contribute to the protection of the corneal epithelium subjected to stress of various kinds. Sodium hyaluronate interacts mechanically with the mucin layer of the tear film, retaining water and helping to keep the ocular surface stable for a long time. The synergistic action of the amino acids nourishes the ocular surface, regulates tear pH and osmolarity, and helps improve the protection of epithelia subjected to stress from UV and blue light. Vitamin E TPGS also improves the wettability of the ocular surface. The ophthalmic solution has a protective shielding and antioxidant action against UV damage and accelerates the natural repair process. It is a unique, recognised and certified personal protective device that protects the cornea, lens and retina from UV radiation, blue light, artificial light sources and prolonged sun exposure, helping to prevent damage caused by these sources such as photokeratitis, photokeratoconjunctivitis, cataract and macular ageing. Finally, it keeps the ocular surface hydrated and protected for a long time. It can be used while wearing contact lenses. It is a personal protective device.
Ingredients
Riboflavin sodium phosphate (vitamin B2), vitamin E TPGS, sodium hyaluronate, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), L-proline, L-glycine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-leucine, water for injection, dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, sodium chloride. Preservative-free.
Directions for use
1) Open the bottle and remove the protective cap.
Gently squeeze the bottle and instil 1-2 drops in each eye; repeat as needed.
Close the bottle after use: the remaining contents can be used for up to 2 months after first opening. It can be used while wearing contact lenses.
Warnings
The product is for external ophthalmic use only. The product is for single-patient use. Do not use in cases of known intolerance or hypersensitivity to its components. During application, do not touch the eye or any other surface with the tip of the container. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or not perfectly sealed when first opened. In case of discomfort during use, stop treatment and consult a doctor. Do not use the product after the expiry date on the pack. Keep the product out of the reach of children. The expiry date refers to the product intact and correctly stored. Read the instructions in the package leaflet carefully before use. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
Storage
Store at a temperature not above 30°C.
Shelf life after opening: 2 months.
