As it is sweetened with saccharin, it can also be taken by people with diabetes.

Ingredients
Demineralised water; lactulose; soluble acacia fibre; mannitol; lactitol; inulin fibre; wild fennel seed extract; mint leaf extract; mallow flower and leaf extract; cumin essential oil.

Directions for use
2-3 tablespoons a day, away from meals.
