Directions for use
Take 2 to 5 capsules a day on an empty stomach in the morning, mid-afternoon and/or evening. Take after emptying the bladder, with a little water. Wait an hour and drink plenty of water away from intake and throughout the day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
