Description
Food supplement based on a source of hydrolysed, instantised whey protein isolate: OPTIPEP 90 DH4.
It contains 60-65% amino acids as rapidly absorbed "di-tri-peptides", provides 22% BCAAs and superior-quality protein (biological value B.V.=104); it also provides a significant amount of calcium and phosphorus.
It is ideal after training, to speed up muscle recovery and repair processes and to promote protein synthesis and growth.

Ingredients
Hydrolysed milk whey protein isolate OPTIPEP 90 DH4 (contains emulsifier: soya lecithin), cocoa powder, taurine, flavourings, nucleotides; sweetener: sucralose; thickener: xanthan gum; Enzymix (enzymes from maltodextrins fermented by Aspergillus oryzae), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take 20 g a day (equal to 2 scoops) dissolved in 300 ml of water or other liquid.
To support recovery in athletes, take 30 g of product 20 minutes after exercise, ideally combined with simple, easily absorbed carbohydrates such as Malto+ and Glicogen.
