Lacristar Lubricating Eye Drops 0.4% Sodium Hyaluronate Multidose 10 ml

Description
Ophthalmic solution with high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, obtained by biotechnological synthesis. The product contains no preservatives and is suitable for use with contact lenses.
The lubricating, moisturising and protective qualities of sodium hyaluronate relieve irritation, dryness, burning and foreign body sensation due to environmental factors (wind, sun, smoke, dry air), visual strain (excessive light and prolonged computer use) or mechanical factors (contact lens wear, period following eye surgery), providing long-lasting relief.

Directions for use
1 drop in the eye once or more a day, as needed.

Components
"Pharma grade" sodium hyaluronate (0.4% w/v), sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, water for injections.

Warnings
- The product is for external ophthalmic use only.
- Do not use if the container is damaged.
- Do not use in case of sensitivity to any of the components.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the container.
- Do not touch the eye with the tip of the bottle.
- After application, in rare cases, slight temporary blurring of vision may occur due to the viscosity of the solution; it is therefore advisable to wait until the blurring has cleared before undertaking any activity requiring clear vision.
- Wait at least 10-15 minutes before administering any other ophthalmic medicine.
- Use within 90 days of first opening the bottle.
- Close the bottle carefully after each use, making sure the tip is free of any residual drops; if present, shake them off with a firm flick of the wrist.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
- Do not swallow.
- To prevent the bottle from collapsing, do not administer more than 30 drops consecutively.

Storage
Store below 25 °C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
