Directions for use
For nasal hygiene:
- Use up to a maximum of 3 times a day and for no longer than 2 weeks;
- Open the sealed vial by twisting the cap;
- With the child lying down, insert the vial into the nostril and squeeze until the desired dose comes out;
- For adults, insert the vial into the nostril with the head upright, breathing in and closing the other nostril with a finger.
For aerosol therapy:
- Pour the liquid into the aerosol device following the device's instructions for use.

Warnings
- Do not use Isomar Decongestant Vials in infants under 6 months;
- Do not use in case of nosebleeds;
- Sterile solution, not for injection;
- Do not use at the same time as other topical treatments;
- Do not use the same single-dose vial for both nasal hygiene and aerosol therapy;
- Do not mix with other solutions;
- Keep the vial out of the reach of children;
- Once opened, the vial must be used immediately and discarded after use;
- Failure to check the integrity of the vial may alter the functional characteristics of the product;
- Do not use after the expiry date;
- Do not dispose of empty vials in the environment;
- In aerosol therapy, it is advisable to alternate Isomar Decongestant Vials with pharmacological treatments.
- In some cases, the product may be slightly irritating.
Side effects
Isomar is generally well tolerated; however, in rare cases it may cause mild, temporary irritation.

Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, at a temperature below 25 °C.
