Description
Lubricant eye drops.
Medical device, sterile solution for temporary relief of burning and irritation caused by dry eyes.
It can also be used to rehydrate all silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses, in case of mild irritation, discomfort or blurring. Preservative-free.
Directions for use
Grip the bottle directly below the cap and twist the cap to open. On first use, hold the bottle at an angle of about 90 degrees and discard the first drop. Shake the bottle downwards to remove any product residue. SYSTANE ULTRA Lubricant Eye Drops can be used as needed throughout the day. Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) and blink. While wearing contact lenses, if mild irritation, discomfort or blurring occurs, instil 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) and blink 2 or 3 times. It can also be used before and after inserting contact lenses. After use, before replacing the cap, shake the bottle downwards to remove any product residue left on the tip. Close the bottle.
Components
Sterile solution containing polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride and sodium chloride.

People who are allergic to any component of SYSTANE ULTRA Lubricant Eye Drops must not use this product.
It is essential to follow the instructions of your eye care specialist and all instructions on the labels for correct use of the product. If you experience persistent discomfort, excessive tearing, changes in vision or redness of the eyes, stop using SYSTANE ULTRA Lubricant Eye Drops and consult your specialist, as the problem may become more serious.
Temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or use machines. If vision is blurred after application, wait until vision clears before driving or using any machinery. Do not use if the safety ring is damaged or missing.
Do not use if the pack or the bottle (sterile packaging) is damaged.
To avoid contamination, never let the dropper tip touch any surface.
If swallowed, consult a doctor.
If the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy, do not use the product. Replace the cap after use. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Use before the expiry date shown on the product.
This product contains boric acid in a safe quantity when used according to the label instructions. Keep out of the reach of children.
Storage
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30° C.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
