Description
Energising food supplement with a specific formula based on:
- creatine and specific amino acids: L-arginine and beta-alanine;
- vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B1 for normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function;
- magnesium for normal muscle function, zinc for normal macronutrient metabolism and iron for normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta-alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), orange juice; sweetener: acesulfame K; flavourings, iron phosphate, maltodextrins; sweetener: sucralose; zinc citrate; colour: beta-carotene; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
One sachet a day dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml).
