Description

Magnesium Bisglycinate is a food supplement in tablets based on magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

Composition

Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Average values: 1 tablet provides 150 mg of magnesium (40% NRV), 2 tablets 300 mg (80% NRV). Gluten-, lactose- and soy-free.

Directions for use and warnings

Take 1 tablet twice a day, preferably after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children and consult a doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if taking medicines or if you have any medical condition. Store away from light in a cool, dry place; shelf life in unopened packaging 48 months. Pack size: 90 tablets.
