Food for special medical purposes based on citicoline (Cognizin), indicated for the dietary management of patients with pharmacologically stabilised glaucoma and progressive loss of visual field.

Ingredients
Water, fructose, citicoline (Cognizin); acidity regulators: potassium citrate, sodium hydroxide; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; colour: riboflavin.

Gluten- and lactose-free.

Warnings
The product must be used under medical supervision. The product is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. For adult use only.
The product must not be administered parenterally. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Production batches may have slightly different colours; this does not affect the quality of the finished product.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, localised heat sources and sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
The shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
