The recipe is based on a balanced blend of organically grown dehydrated vegetables, including onion, carrot, celery and parsley, which give a natural, rounded aroma.

How to use

Dissolving one cube in about 500 ml of boiling water gives a vegetable stock ready for soups, broths, minestrone and vegetable purées. The cube can also be crumbled while cooking rice to add body to risottos, or used to season grilled, roasted or sautéed vegetables. It is a good alternative to traditional seasonings, which are often higher in fat.
